What you will be doing:

  • As the Event Sales Manager, you will be the point contact for your clientele in the Catering sales department maintaining all efforts in targeting and coordinating luxurious events in the Catering department.
  • Your natural talent for selling will aid you in booking meetings, selling, planning and coordinating all special social events while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Generating revenue, establishing new accounts, monitoring booking space, booking repeat business while ensuring quality and consistency, conducting catering sales presentations and attending catering sales calls.
  • Your love for networking will aid in seamlessly initiating, developing and maintaining quality leads to ensure growth of event sales. The primary function of this role is to develop existing business and solicit new business through catering lead generation and catering sales marketing. Creatively soliciting new catering customers through traditional and non-traditional sales techniques.
  • Your knack for attention to detail will come in handy in creating incredible and memorable experiences for our clientele in the Catering meeting spaces.

 

      Your experience and skills include:

Excellent communication,  organizational and problem solving skills that enable you to work autonomously and effectively An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and professionalism.
