Job Description

We are looking forward to a CSR 客服代表in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Shenzhen, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Handle IU orders timely and accurately into SAP system strengthen communications with IU customers for ETO/CTO quote and pipeline forecast/ tracking, timely shipping plan communications and delivery arrangement. Lead weekly concal with IU for their open orders status review, plant material shortages/ capacity communication, new/old products ramp up/ramp down plan discussion.. Need to do various analysis report on needed basis (eg daily/ weekly /monthly) and drive for IU forecast accuracy / OTD improvement for responsible customers. Liase with plants for production planning, execution, delivery and shipment information flow to IU customers; Work with plant PC/MC for demand FCST, materials planning improvement and play a role as key account leader to support current / future IU business development and growth Support on various IT projects as needed, eg. Demantra, IU Unity SAP go live & EDI set up (rule definition, material harmonization, UAT testing etc) Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Sales Support, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management / International Trade or related areas 3 + years’ experience in Sales support, Customer Service, Supply Chain / Logistics field Proficient in computer skills esp. for Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint), and good SAP/EDI knowledge preferred, good oral and written English skill Soft skills:Good communication skills. Professional presence with the ability to work across different cultures. Self motivated and adapt to changes quickly and positively Yes!
