5. 在新产品的试制，新技术的引进过程中负责推荐合适的硅油配方及相关工艺条件；

6. 负责生产操作人员的培训；

7. 及时完成上级交办的其他事项

1. 较强的高分子化学方面的理论知识；

2. 良好的英语口语及写作表达能力；

3. 有产品开发或生产工艺控制经验。
