ABOUT YOUR ROLE职位描述 

1. 确认公司质量方针及目标达成情况，生产客户满意的产品，提高公司产品的竞争力 

2. 协调公司内外相关部门，积极组织各项品质工作的正常运作及实施.， 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE工作职责: 

1. 监控广州工厂客户投诉，内部不良等各项质量指标，并保证目标达成； 

2. 推动各部门持续改善质量状况，以完成质量目标； 

3. 处理生产线出现的重大质量异常状况； 

4. 和销售以及TS对接，处理重大客诉； 

5. 负责广州工厂实验室管理，保证实验室的正常运行和测试能力； 

6. 负责开展专项质量提升工作，组织质量改善的活动和项目； 

7. 支持公司和部门的其他相关工作，实现部门整体KPI的达成； 

8. 完成上级交办的其他事项； 

1. 最低学历要求：本科及以上学历 

2. 外语熟练程度要求：四级以上，具备良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力； 

3. 工作经验要求：具备五年以上质量管理经验，印刷行业品质生产经验尤佳； 

4. 行业及专业知识要求：包装印刷，化学化工或造纸等相关专业，熟悉印刷或PSA压敏胶行业尤佳； 

5. 有很强的工作责任心和服务意识，头脑灵活、服从管理，立志于品质管理方向 

6. 熟悉客诉处理流程，熟悉ISO9001体系知识 

7. 跨部门的沟通协调能力；
