This exciting role offers opportunity to: Accountable for factory compliance to EQMS and ISO 9001, drive continual improvement on quality management system effectiveness and quality mindset. Define and execute site quality objectives and initiatives, report and monitor quality KPIs including supplier DPPM, process yield, cost of non-conformance, customer issue responsiveness and resolution, work with cross functional team to define and execute improvement action plan to consistently achieve the target. Manage strong communication with customers and internal management team to to ensure product and process quality is meeting expectation. Lead customer issue handling and drive improvement actions to permanently prevent re-occurrence. Participate in NPI review, manage all quality activities during new product development to ensure defect free launch. Supervise day to day quality activities with the objective of ensuring product quality meet customer and internal standard. Facilitate problem solving of external and internal quality issue with real root cause identification and robust corrective and preventive action execution. Implementation of quality tools such as FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP to promote preventive quality management and effective quality process control. Work with supplier management team to ensure quality requirement is cascade down to supplier chain and drive continual supplier quality performance improvement. Build a strong quality team capable of supporting operation strategies through coaching, mentoring, performance review and management. Qualifications Requirement: Education level required： Bachelor and above Years and area of experience required：10+ years in electronic assembly and PCBA manufacturing with 3+ years in a managerial position Technical knowledge：Electronic and UPS topology Effective communication skills, proficient written and oral English Details oriented, hands on Problem solving skills and systematic mindset Leadership skills Motivating others and building effective team CQM is a plus Yes!
