Job Description

• 10+ more years of Capital project execution QA/QC management experience;
• Experience in Project front end engineering and execution, commissioning, familiar with stage gate process;
• Familiar with quality management process for engineering, procurement and construction execution process;

Bridge the gap within project quality management and control process, enhance the project development and execution stage quality and supervise the vendors and contractors quality control activities, continuous improvement of capex project delivery in high quality and reduce the quality defects, etc.

• Project quality management include project quality management planning, audit and site quality control process, able to set up Project QA/QC system;
• Familiar with international engineering company’s quality management system, working in owner’s organization is plus;
  Familiar with ASME, ANSI, AWS, API, ISO9000, Chinese National Standard, JB Standard, SH Standard and specifications as well as the relevant procedures
• Capable to manage the EPC/EPCM contractors and external 3rd parties for vendor shop inspection, etc.
• Able to communicate with global quality advisor.
• Able to manage multiple projects in parallel with functional support.
• Willing relocate to Jiangxi site.
• Project quality management and control process, enhance the project development and execution stage quality and supervise the vendors and contractors quality control activities, continuous improvement of capex project delivery in high quality and reduce the quality defects, etc.
• build up China quality assurance/ control management procedure and quality process management for sustaining projects;
• Site supervision of vendors and contractors’ quality control activities;
• Conduct the project quality audit;
• Develop robust handover procedure and documents requirement;
• Planning project QA/QC working schedule and workflow;
• Evaluation of Suppliers and Subcontractors QMS system;
• Coordinate the quality inspection with QSS,3rd party inspections;
• manage of various NDT activities like RT, UT, MT and PT;
• Review of ITP & preparing Inspection plans, preparing Inspection request’s to assign to a third party inspector;
• Set up lessons learned database, continuous improvement of project quality management;
• As in-country focal point to link with corporate quality management SME, etc.
• Complete other quality work assigned by line manager.
• Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in engineering or project management
• National Quality certificate is plus
• Fluent English communication skills.
