This exciting role offers opportunity to: Work with team to achieve HRS SLA targets through daily operation. Mainly provide the HR Services support for China site and other countries. Main responsibilities are including but not limited to provide basic HR related systems support (data maintenance &uploading), as well as answering employee’s queries through Customer Contact Center etc., which is within HRS working scope and per SOP/SLA. Establish and maintain good relationship with customers, understand and deliver service that meets customer's needs within SLA, identify opportunities that benefit the customer. Collaborate and cooperate with other HRS work streams to ensure the smooth HRS operations in the target countries within scope. Follow standard process, provide answers according to existing process/SOP, identify the problem and provide solution. Escalate the services requests beyond HRS scope and SOP to the next level. Assists with HR Services projects and programs as necessary. Being backup of other team member in case any emergency. Learn EBS tools to drive continuous improvement of the processes in order to enhance process efficiency, quality and productivity. Other job assignments from supervisor. Qualifications Basic know-how on system logic. Workable English in read and write. Working experience: 0-3 Y Education: College and above Ability to work under time constraints and meet schedules.
