ABOUT YOUR ROLE 

• Be responsible for material purchase, lead the team for archiving the goals of delivery reliability, quality cost and other relative company strategy;
• Keep touch with related department to perfect the procurement process and system;
• Assist related department for procurement data collection and analysis;provide the key materials forecast to suppliers to ensure the stable supply regularly;
• Follow up and evaluate the delivery and qulaity performance of suppliers, provide the necessary improvements and corrective measures and execute with suppliers;
• Back up & support other teammate to do daily purchasing and assist them to solve problem.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES  :

• Lead a section to complete the purchasing tasks. Continuous improving the purchasing procedures and optimize the efficiency.
• Track PO,feedback and update.Coordinate between production and suppliers in order to make effective, rapid purchasing and shorten the lead time;
• Solve serious material/customer complain, arrange return and change,cancel the PO if necessary;
• Assist Purchasing team to solve the unexpect issue,provide implemented suggestion;
• Do cost saving and relative reports analysis monthly before deadline;
• Attend company training of Basic knowledge and related procedures, training guidelines of ISO9001,FSC,EHS, and follow their instruction to do daily work;
• Complete the internal audit monthly/Quarterly, ensure purchasing team V&E, synchronize and synergy team work with sourcing and planning team.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :

• Bachelor degree or above, with 5+ years of purchasing experience or knowledge preferred;
• Integrity; good at team work
• Work initiative, careful, responsible, strong communication and coordination;
• Good English and computer operations capabilities;
• Good negotiation and analytical skill;
