Responsible for working with agency channel management in recruitment drives and development of agency networks

2. 通过面谈沟通、会议、活动等多种方式，推动优增达成，并提供咨询、解答；
3. 定期制作区域人力发展的日常KPI数据报表，追踪区域人力发展及留存计划的执行情况；
4. 推动人力发展相关项目顺利进行，促进区域人力发展指标的达成。

任职要求

我们希望您具备以下条件： 
1. 本科学历，3年以上寿险人力发展/业务推动/销售支持等经验；
2. 拥有出色的沟通协调能力、影响力和创新精神；
3. 具备项目统筹能力及良好的业务数据分析能力。
