Job Description
Package:
Montly Salary: 22,000-23,500 RMB per month (pre-tax)
Travelling Allowance: 10,000 RMB (pre-tax) per year
Renewal Bonus: 16,000 RMB (pre-tax) per year
Semester Bonus: 4500RMB (pre-tax) per semester on average based on the individual
performance
Accident Insurance: No more than 10000RMB per person under inpatient condition
Seniority-based pay rise: 500RMB per month from 2 nd year
Performance-based pay rise: 300-500RMB per month from the 2 nd year
Meals or Uniform: 3 free meals are offered, school uniforms are offered free
Paid Holidays: Paid winter vacation
Basic Information:
Teaching period per week: No more than 15 periods per week from Monday to Friday
Office Hours per day Basically about 7.5 hours a day, 11:30-13:00 Lunch time
Option 1: 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
Option 2: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Students’Age Usually 16-18 years old ( International Senior Department)
Duration of each class 40 minutes per period, 10 minutes break between
Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree/Doctor’s Degree
Major Content: subject-related in above mentioned terms
Age Required: Below 60 years old
Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of working experience
Responsibilities
1. Make teaching plan and schedule of school-year/each semester based on the school year objectives and requirement;
2. Make plan of school-year/each semester curriculum design, including core courses, elective courses and extra-curriculum based on Michigan HS Graduation Requirements;
3. Set up student files management, including all scores(ordinary achievement, midterm achievement and final term achievement) of all subjects, teachers reports etc., and analyse the date and give relevant feedbacks to students, parents and management team separately
4. Organize relevant subject tests and examinations, including entrance test, mid-term examination and final term examination;
5. Complete other tasks arranged by the leaders
Our client is a government-owned K12 school founded in 2009. There are 209 classes with more than 7700 students currently on campus which covers an area of nearly 213 acres in the middle school campus. The faculty consists of 31 international teachers as well as 837 Chinese teachers, most of whom are young specialists and experts in their field.
