Job Description
Would you like to become a part of a newly established Application Center within Siemens and support the world-wide Application Center Network as part of the headquarters team? We focus on Production Machines for Factory Automation and support of our world-wide customers. Our target is to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of their solutions. In our global center, we open a key position of assistant for our team. What will be your main requirements? Comprehensive administrative support of the team Ensuring the operation of offices, ordering overhead material (hardware, software, equipment, trainings) Administration of the attendance and property system (records of attendance, leave, incapacity for work, inventory, etc.) Close cooperation with the purchasing department, IT department, HR department, marketing, and other central departments Arranging dates and organizing meetings Support of team members when arranging business trips, air tickets, visas, insurance, accommodation, etc. You can look forward Background of the international Siemens concern Opportunity for self-realization and gaining new experiences Daily use of English language Flexible working hours The possibility of long-term cooperation in the form of an employment agreement A modern workplace in Prague in Stodůlky, right next to metro B You should have Completed high school education Very good knowledge of English verbally and in writing, German is advantage Flexibility - the ability to work at least 3 days per week Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Very good communication & organizational skills Reliability, independence Previous experience from the international environment is advantage Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens, s.r.o.
