Job Description
Assist to organize DL/ IDL recruiting job, use different channels to recruit employees to meet dept’s manpower requirement; Analyze the recruiting channels, hiring success rate, leave reasons etc. data to optimize the recruiting process and take more effective actions; Keep DL employee files updated in HRS system timely: collect and submit new hires and termination cases, and contact with HRS to update the information in time; Handle DLs on boarding process, ensure that the employee files are collected completely; Categorize DL files based on HR&A guidance and policies; Recruiting Projects leading including on-line recruiting program Qualifications Technical secondary school or above, Human resources or administration management will be preferred ; Good Excel, word, PPT etc. Software skills; Have good communication and organization skills; Familiar with employee recruitment process and recruitment channels; Have strong organizational and management capabilities.
