Job Description
Responsible of supporting the commercial team and ensuring that all procurements are done on a timely basis without compromising standards. Responsible for following up on certain procurements remotely in different sites as needed, and will work closely with all sectors to ensure that planned activities are implemented accordingly.
- Handle PO processing, stock allocations & inventory monitoring via ERP system
- Purchase materials according to the forecast / buffer stock plan, and expedite shipments with suppliers
- Manage and monitor the performances of Subcontractors / Suppliers, and maintain supplier database
- Communicate with the Sales Team on new product inquiry, delivery and rescheduling
- Work closely with the Shipping Team for goods receiving, invoicing and shipping processes
- Prepare monthly performance reports and detailed analysis
- Prepare production plan and work closely with the Production Dept. for manufacturing products
Qualifications
- University degree / Diploma in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent in related fields
- Minimum 3 years experience on Supply Chain operations
- Good communications and interpersonal skill that able to work well with other Departments
- Proficiency in using Google applications and familiar with ERP system
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational and detail-oriented
