ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Play a key role to connect HR Shared Serivces to local HR, Department and Staff. To be a HR Shared Services representative to provide on site HR services to employee in Tianjin. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Time and attendance management; 

2. Employee life cycle management, onboarding and off boarding;

3. Connection with Fesco, government  etc; 

4. Commercial Insurance, EA, learning and the like administration; 

5. Contract and probation period management;

6. Other HR related matters in local

1. 3 Years experience in HR 

2. Customer services oriented 

3. Good interpersonal skills 

4. Be familiar with Time and attendance & Social Insurance and Housing Fund policy and procedure in local labor department 

5. A team player and able to work with people from different cultures.

6. College’s degree in HR / IT or related field
