Digitalization is disrupting many traditional HR habits and processes and there is a need to have innovative thinking and problem solving in our HR Operations team. In Human Resources - Operations, we are team of specialists executing the key operational tasks for our end customers, the business and the HR Business Partner community. Often referred to as: Gap Finders and Closers, this role will also have the autonomy to explore new ways of pulling and showing key data points, connecting the data dots with other departments and ultimately creating value add data packages for the business. You will be responsible for leveraging data and technology to support the HR Data story, managing small-to mid-sized projects or streams of existing projects, and ensuring a higher level of performance of the Operations function. You will partner with colleagues across the HR value chain to enhance the data elements, visual presentations and holistic story we are providing our customers. In Detail, in the HR Operations Data & Tech role you will: In concert with the Head of HR Operations, you will support all data elements in the Operations team and in alignment with HR projects and expert teams for a better overall HR Data picture. Be a key participant on projects to drive the implementation of data and technology in all that we do in HR. Including workforce and employee relations metrics, deep diving into exit interview data, working with AAP and diversity data and linking data from other HR professional teams. Research external market and standard methodologies to determine trends, new ideas and implications to the HR field. Apply facilitation skills to lead workshops, planning sessions and customer-facing interventions in support of the HR value chain as required. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 5 to 8 plus years of successful progressive experience in Human Resources, Data analytics management role Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred. Possesses Project and program management skills to lead key HR initiatives Proven ability to research and analyze information and recommend respective solutions Ability to balance multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines in an ever changing fast-paced environment Experience participating in strategic initiatives and working with highly confidential data Excellent collaboration skills working in a highly matrix environment and utilizing agile working methods Advanced skills in data analysis, working in close collaborations with various contributors.
