If you are a smart communicator and rooted negotiator who is full of determination and welling to change games in the market by thinking outside the box? If you are passionate about branding & getting deals done. Then, we have the job for you! , you will lead the Sales strategy and value proposition for the hotel products (rooms, F&B venues etc.) and closely coordinating with the revenue team to shape pricing strategies to boost hotel positioning in the market.

What you will be doing:

  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
  • Draft detailed and accurate sales reports
  • Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
  • Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
  • Lead and motivate sales team to maintain and improve clients satisfaction
  • Establish a sales training program to train new employees
  • Meet with sales managers to assess hotel performance
  • Boost customers’ awareness, value sharing, loyalty and global experience
  • Manage the relationship with travel wholesalers and key Accounts as per company's standards and local regulations
  • Coordinate, arrange and attend sales conferences, meetings, exhibitions and any type of event that has to do with the communication and / or publicity of the hotel


Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales techniques and best practices.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Thai & English
  • Excellent knowledge and familiar with Local domestic market
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, Highly responsible, organized & reliable
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team while setting and completing individual deadlines
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Opening experience preferred
