Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives

业务规划：

• 落实公司培训制度及政策，规划区域月度，季度，年度培训项目与课程；

辅导、训练与激励：

• 对所在区域新人进行激励与辅导；参与和配合NPA体验培训班主任工作，执行班务管理工作；
• 严格执行新人训练卡、主管陪访卡、活动量管理工作日志等工具的使用，确保过程KPI的达成；
• 追踪跟进新人竞赛、新人活动率、津贴获取率等各项指标；
• 参与公司培训成长计划，取得培训课程专业认证。

经委会系统搭建及执行

• 搭建区域培训平台，落实新人培训计划在各区域家族经委会的执行;
• 配合家族经委会进行新人训练并指导经委会培训工作；

会务经营：

在月度外勤总监会、月度外勤主管会、经委会沟通会等会议平台上沟通落实营销员辅导训练体系

品质管控：

• 合规政策宣导与风险排查
• 评估、反馈经委会
