We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Lead Analyst for our Architecture, Governance, and Security (AGSCOE) team. The lead analyst will deliver, maintain, and update technology and platform solutions in Eaton’s Identity and Access Management space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. Focused on delivering, maintaining, and updating Identity and Access Management systems with a targeted focus on the Okta platform. In this role, as a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management Lead Analyst, you will: Provide subject matter expertise to and lead platform and system design, development, and implementation Work with resources across functions to deliver technology and platform solutions to meet customer requirements, providing solution options and highlighting operational or security risks Tune and configure technologies and platforms to meet customer and operational requirements Coordinates and regularly updates technology, platform, and documentation to ensure operational health and security Monitor technology and platform to ensure required performance, availability, and capacity. Identifies gaps in monitoring and potential impact on service delivery. Continuously seek to more efficiently manage and utilize technology and platform Follow industry, organization, and ITIL best practices to maximize quality and efficiency Qualifications Basic (Minimum) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity is required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee No relocation benefit is being offered for this position – only candidates residing within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH, Raleigh, NC, Houston, TX, Moon Township, PA, or Southfield, MI will be considered. Position Success Criteria: Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies. Must be proficient in the cloud access management tools. Experience with the Okta tool set and SAML integration. Leading requirement gathering discussions with resources not well-versed in IAM technologies Okta SSO, MFA, device trust, UD, profile mastering, application assignment, expression language, admin roles and permissions Implementing and troubleshooting SAML and OIDC/Oauth integrations REST API standards and security SCIM protocol usage Modern SSO standards and ability to describe their flows / characteristics Active Directory administration and integration, including an understanding of group nesting, multi-domain forests, universal groups LDAP standards (search syntax, DIT, etc.) Techniques for managing privileged access Integration to Identity Governance solutions (OIM, Sailpoint, etc..) Identity Governance topics like identity lifecycle, role-based access, ABAC, certification, access request workflows, SoD, audit Modern Web architecture standards Web access management troubleshooting tools API scripting tools Development, Automation, or Scripting experience Data Analysis and Integration (ETL, SQL, etc..) Preferred Qualifications: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Architecture and operation, Code Signing, Root CA Cloud Development (Azure, AWS, GCP) Web Development (Javascript, CSS, Java, Python, Ruby, Go, .Net, PHP) Directory Server (AD or LDAP) Okta + Zscaler integration Okta Access Gateway Okta Advanced Server Access IaaS / PaaS access management Java Development / SDLC management processes Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely Excellent proficiency with the English language (written and verbal) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Time Management Eaton also considers qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with local laws.
