职位描述

工作内容:
订单处理操作,保证订单及时准确操作。 
客户协调、订单跟踪,及时追踪订单并与客户保持沟通、协调。 
库存系统核对及管理,监督库存的准确率 
报表制作反馈 ,确保报表制在准确,并及时反馈到客户及内部相关部门 

 

职位要求

要求:
电商客服相关工作经验;
熟悉金蝶操作系统优先;
工作态度认真踏实
