IT Coordinator 

The IT Coordinator position encompasses the ability to support a wide range of information technology services. The IT Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Hotel's local network, computers, software and systems, and provides local 1^st level technology, guest & employee end-user support. 

The IT Coordinator serves as the link between the hotels IT infrastructure & employees and the MH&R IT 2^nd level Support organization. He/she needs to be able to conduct onsite analysis, have good judgment of users’ requests, be able to plan and work within the defined standards, be active in problem solving and also perform general IT administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Hotels IT infrastructure.

• Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

• Regular administrative and functionality system checks and execution of tasks according to a checklist which will be created together with Corporate IT.

• Proactive- and Preventive maintenance of all ICT and multimedia systems and equipment

• Act as a the first-point-of-contact for analysis and trouble-shooting (triage function) 

• Fix and repair small incidents and user requests (1^st level support)

• Onsite coordination for incident repair and maintenance with 3^rd level vendors and/or MH&R 2^nd level support organization = The IT Coordinator works as onsite hand-and eyes function for remote support

• Account management for new- and departing employees (VPN client accesses, HSIA, email, other subordinate system accounts)

• Administrative tasks: Keep inventory and documentation updated, budget recommendations, off site backups, etc.
