YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Familiar ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality system, especially for APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, CP;

• Draft and follow quality control plan according to FMEA, and train and guide production staff;

• Process capability analysis and CPK calculation / improve;

• Customer complaint handling and work with cross functions to draft CAPA;

• Understand customer's voice and coordinate internal improvement;

• Have rich experience about customer visit, good communication skill with customer;

• Other requirements by your supervisor;

• Good communication / negotiation skill ;

• Good coordination /Good teamwork. Good problem-solving ability;

• Be able to face challenges and work under pressure;

• Solid engineering and quality knowledge;

• Bachelor degree or above; At least 3 years experience in quality area;

• Excellent computer, Microsoft and Minitab skill;

• Project manager skill is preferred;

• English skills: good at oral and written English;

• Tape related experience is a plus;
