Job Description
Marketing - 市场: ? Understand the local market capacitpy, requirements, customer demand, and PA DCP(CI/PP) products & system in the market place and provide market feedback to Business Unit & Headquarters in Beijing/Shanghai(technical, pricing, etc.) 理解当地市场容量、市场需求、客户需求、以及PA DCP产品线(CI/PP)在当地市场相对位置。提供市场反馈给BU总部接口(关于技术、价格等等)。 ? Collect all information from competitors and distribute to the BU interface between region & business unit and/or to sales team leaders/territory managers (e. g. prices, discounts, technique, sales force, strategies) 收集当地市场所有竞争对手信息并反馈给BU接口及区域销售团队负责人或区域销售总监(价格、技术、销售架构、销售策略)。 ? Analyses of competitor products and make argument. 分析竞争对手产品并制定相应对策、扬长避短。 ? Coordination with BU Headquarter for regional marketing and prepare a Regional Market Plan for PA DCP (CI/PP) promotion activities (not only but including SBTA promotion activities). 协调BU总部实施区域市场推广活动、针对区域准备PA DCP产品线(CI/PP)市场活动计划(不限于但包括SBTA中的推广活动)。 ? Establish selected branch knowledge (process/application/decision chain/Eco chain/business model and etc.) and application reference. 建立相关行业知识积累(工艺/应用/决策链/生态圈/业务模式等)及应用案例收集。 ? Products newsletter and documents management. 新产品信息及产品资料管理。 Customers – 客户: ? Increase the ability of Regional Sales,System Integrators and distributors to sell and promote PA (AE/CI/PP) products (through training, workshops, active cooperation on projects, providing technical sales support to Regional System Integrators, prepare and analysis of bidding document, assisting Sales with technical negotiations). 提升(通过培训、研讨会、项目配合、提供技术支持、准备投标书或标书分析、协助销售跟客户技术谈判等等)区域销售/系统集成商/分销商推广PA DCP产品(CI/PP)的能力。 ? Drive regional Sales to identify target customers & key business opportunities for PA DCP(/CI/PP), and build up reference in Region Central. Observe the market to explore new customers or assist sales to set-up new value added sales channels. 推动区域销售识别判定PA DCP(CI/PP)目标客户或重点项目业务机会,在RC建立应用案例。分析观察RC市场、挖掘新客户、协助销售开发新的增值销售渠道。 ? Coordinate project sales efforts between Regional Sales, System Integrators, and Business Unit resources (PM,CoC, customer support). 协调项目销售、系统集成商和BU之间的资源(比如产品经理\CoC\CS等内部资源)。 ? Together with projects sales to visit customers regularly and establish good but also effective(eg. Is able to communicate directly with customer as regards to project status), long term relationships on all levels and to all departments. 跟项目一起定期拜访客户并建立良好且有效的, 各层面关系(比如可以直接电话了解项目客观进展) ? Give or arrange technical support and service to them. Provide them (customer and sales) with up-to-date information (products, prices, documentation). 给客户提供或安排技术支持或服务,给销售和客户提供最新的(产品、价格、技术资料)信息。 ? Implement the strategy and price policy of the business units. 在区域执行BU的战略和价格策略。 ? Collect feedback from customers and forward to business unit and sales leader and territory managers(e. g. about our products, prices, delivery times). 收集客户反馈 (比如产品相关、价格、货期等)并及时提供给BU、团队销售负责人和区域销售总监。 ? Monthly review with responsible territory project and customer, own responsible project/customer reviewed Information should be archived in MoM (copy to BU\sales team leader\territory manager)and push sales to maintain in Philos and remind sales of concrete & important action deadline in MoM. 每个月与所负责的区域销售review项目或客户,review自主项目或客户review,完备会议纪 要(抄送BU\团队销售负责人\区域销售总监)并督促销售在Philos中维护,提醒销售会议纪 要中具体要事项的deadline。 Offers, Orders - 报价、订单: ? Make and follow-up quotations in accordance to Sales or customer demands (both sales or own customers) until case end. 根据销售或客户(销售客户或自有客户)要求制定报价并跟踪到结案。 ? Help in technical and commercial (GBK and etc.)order clearing. 协助或处理技术和商务细节(比如GBK等)澄清。 Budget - 销售指标: ? Drive regional Sales to fulfill PA DCP(CI/PP) Sales and customer Target of DI S Region Central. 推动区域销售完成PA DCP(CI/PP)产品的客户销售目标 ? Make budget of RS SBTA account\growing\elephant project\PD2020 customers and growing verticals and follow up monthly. 制定RS SBTA的account\growing\elephant project\PD2020客户及增长行业的年度目标值并每个月跟踪。 ? Fulfillment of PA DCP (CI/PP) regional pieces count target and/or personal target. 完成PA DCP(CI/PP)区域产品数量(具体考核件数)及个人客户业务指标。 ? Do all the necessary measures to fulfill the respective budgets. 跟完成相关销售指标的所有措施。 Reporting – 报告: ? Fill in PSS weekly report (customer\order forecast and etc.) 填写周报(客户、订单预测等等) ?
