Change the future with us. • Review and gap analysis of all current processes and policies within the functional area to identify areas requiring focus and improvement. • Driving the continuous improvement of the delivery of service through incident and problem management activities • Creation and management of reporting on functional area including volume of incidents and problems and the resolution of major incidents. • Any liaison or management of third parties as required • Mediating between conflicting requirements and opinions to find the appropriate approach We don’t need superheroes, just super minds • Educated to Degree level or have equivalent experience • Relationship building, management and influencing skills • Ability to drive excellent performance in areas of responsibility • Comfortable challenging and driving the focus and delivery of senior managers • Management of multiple competing areas of priority and good prioritisation capabilities • Ability to challenge the status quo, identify and deliver continuous improvements • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral – and presentation and facilitation skills We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
