JOB TITLE : Associate, MSL China

FUNCTION : Beauty practice, Corporate comms+digital

Responsibilities:

-Able to carry out tasks delegated by team leader independently and proactively;

-Support PR planning and executing for beauty clients.

-Demonstrate flexibility and ability to prioritize and multi-task;

-Demonstrate proficiency in writing documents required in the agency business (e.g. emails, summaries, minutes, media releases);

-Able to analyze and evaluate reports from social media tools to derive key insights;

-Timely delivery of quality client reports (e.g. monitoring, WIPs);

-Research influencers, journalists and media to help build and maintain the agency’s databases and profiles.

-Bachelor degree or above. Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field;

-Minimum 1 year of experience in Public Relation or corporate PR (internship) experience, Business Consultation & in an agency and/or within applicable industry specialized in beauty sector;

-Great attention to details, dedicated, responsible and can work under pressure;

-Mature, initiative, responsible and result oriented. Be able to work under pressure and work independently in a short time;

-Good communication skill and interpersonal skill;

-Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Chinese and English.
