What are my job responsibilities? Completes broad scope of technical tasks for Drive system including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems. Fully involved in technical design and developments for service offerings. Supports customer remotely and on-site activity as per contract service level agreement, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting breakdown job for the assigned task and schedule given by the end user. Contributes to or executes activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project during acquisition, negotiation and planning. Sales support on technical and any upcoming project opportunity related to drive. Ensure all the supporting documents furnish after activities completion. Work out on migration proposal for the obsolete drive system. Ensure customer satisfaction after job completion and hand over. On time submission of time sheet for backend process and billing purpose. Able to perform drive inspection and repair job. What do I need to qualify for this job? Degree holder in Electronics and Electricals At least 1-2 years of working experience on drive job related. Experience in Siemens Sinamic G120 and S120 drive product range. Knowledge on Simatic drive monitor and starter program to support on-site activities and project commissioning task. Additional knowledge on Masterdrive system will be added value. Willing to learn on drive repair. Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in various challenging environment. Able to work as a team and initiative to learn.
