Job Description
Objectives:
Managing both existing partner and KOL pipeline and developing business opportunities not only for cryptocurrency but also from various industries 
Take a lead role in the development of business opportunities with KOL and partners. Analyze KOL and partners’ feedback to improve
and expands relationship
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term partnership pipeline in accordance with user growth targets
Assist in the coordination and implementation of user acquisition, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals

Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate KOL and partnership results. Meet regularly with partners and KOL to discuss strategic partnership
Manage proposal response process, content creation, and inputs from various sources
Generate new user growth leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals, in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
Develop and implement business development strategy, processes, and structure 
Support marketing campaign with engaging partnership in order to build our brand

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a passion for cryptocurrency
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development
-Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities
- Know the cryptocurrency market environment in Southeast Asia
- Fluent in Chinese as a working language
- Negotiate channel deals while working cross-functionally with internal management, finance, legal, and product teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- A good knowledge to our products
- Experience in cryptocurrency industry
