工作职责：
•    负责场景模型, 行为预测, 决策规划算法的开发, 性能评估和性能优化
•    相关模块的架构设计, 详细设计
•    遵循汽车软件的开发流程进行软件开发和测试
•    系统层面, 模块层面的性能评估和性能优化
•    支持相关工具链的搭建, 如可视化工具, 性能评估工具, 仿真环境
 

任职要求：
•    计算机, 自动化, 控制工程, 信息工程, 软件工程, 智能交通, 车辆工程等专业硕士以上学历
•    驾驶辅助, 自动驾驶3年以上工作经验
•    深入理解驾驶辅助, 自动驾驶的功能需求
•    熟悉场景模型, 行为预测, 决策规划相关算法, 具备相关的开发经验
•    嵌入式系统的开发经验
•    掌握面向对象, 面向过程的开发语言, C/C++
•    掌握常用的脚本语言工具, MATLAB, Python
