负责团险业务需求分析，协调团险内/外职能部门人员分析讨论需求，协调业务人员梳理相关业务流程方案，规划系统实现方案并推动相关方案落地。

主要职责：

• 负责公司团险业务方案设计，包含核心系统、营销员平台、企业平台、微信平台、APP等；
• 调研并梳理新业务流程、业务规则、业务范围、系统风险、可行性分析，规划业务系统整体实现方案，并主动协调团险内/外职能部门人员分析并讨论需求；
• 根据业务流程，使用原型设计工具设计业务系统方案，编写业务方案文档，组织用户对系统方案进行评审；
• 连结业务模式和系统方案架构，协调技术人员将业务需求转化为系统设计方案；
• 跟踪需求项目全生命周期，包含需求编写、评审、计划制定、过程监控、上线前验证，保障需求项目质量；
• 安排分公司用户参与上线需求培训，协调分公司人员理解新业务流程；

经验技能要求：

• 大学本科或以上学历；
• 5年以上保险行业需求分析工作经验；
• 掌握保险专业知识，具备优秀的沟通协调能力；
• 熟悉系统开发流程；
• 熟悉Axure、MS-Office、Viso等常用需求设计工具；
• 须有团险或个险核心系统需求分析经验。
• 有保险互联网线上平台类系统分析经验者优先。
