To solve quality issues, process issues of all kinds of slitter and cooperate with maintenance to identify the problem and to solve it.

1. 归纳总结问题的解决方法并培训员工

Summarize best practise and write troubleshooting books and training operators to use this tool to solve problems quickly.

1. 协助制定或者更新工艺文件，产品控制计划

Write new SOP ,control plan of product or  update process documents

1. 分析生产不良产品数据，及时调整工艺参数标准，保证产品质量稳定

Base on FTQ data analysis, take improvement actions to ensure stability of product quality.

1. 协助TS/QA部门做好客户技术支持

Cooperate with TS/QA  to do technical support of customers.

1. 工艺文件或者操作方法培训，文件编写

Write SOP and train operators according these documents.

1. 试验项目跟踪，试验数据收集和试验结果分析及报告总结

Assist in researching, conducting experiments, gathering data and developing preliminary findings and preparing written reports for further review

1. 持续推动安全，质量，效率和成本的提升

Drive growth, cost reduction, yield and product quality improvements, capacity increases and EHS improvements

1. 组织实施KAIZEN项目

       Lead Kaizen project independently
