Director of Operation
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing the operations departments
- Suporting the General manager in the overal managment and strategic direction of the hotel.
- Piloting, managing and coaching the different heads of departments.
- Being updated with the finance results (Budget vs actual) and insuring to maximize the revenues and profits.

Understanding the market needs and working on defining the strategic axes and commercial offers.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the hotel and the quality of service.
- Ensuring the respect of health and safty policies.
- Working with colleagues to establish a consistant and positive interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
- Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience in a Senior leadership role, the same position is prefered.
- Background in Commercial is a must
- Jordanian Nationals only are welcomed to apply
- Knowledge of budget planning and financial controls.
- Mastering the pack MS office.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Fluent English & French.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Strong Eye for details.
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
