Director of Operation

What you will be doing:

  • Overseeing the operations departments 
  • Suporting the General manager in the overal managment and strategic direction of the hotel.
  • Piloting, managing and coaching the different heads of departments.
  • Being updated with the finance results (Budget vs actual) and insuring to maximize the revenues and profits. 
  • Understanding the market needs and working  on defining the strategic axes and commercial offers.  

  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the hotel and the quality of service.
  • Ensuring the respect of health and safty policies.
  • Working with colleagues to establish a consistant and positive interdepartmental communication and cooperation.
  • Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in a Senior leadership role, the same position is prefered.
  • Background in Commercial is a must
  • Jordanian Nationals only are welcomed to apply 
  • Knowledge of budget planning and financial controls.
  • Mastering the pack MS office.
  • University degree or equivalent. 
  • Fluent English & French.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Strong Eye for details.
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
  • Available as soon as possible.
