CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:     

• Be responsible for accounting of costing and inventory; preparing internal management reports; implementing and reinforcing internal control processes. 

• To ensure the completion of all accounting and reporting monthly / quarterly / yearly for all AD SMT China entities' account books in high accuracy

• To ensure high accuracy of costing / inventory evaluation via coordinate with all the possess owners / teams

• To prepare costs variance analysis in manufacturing costs, such as material costs variance / PPV, labor and OH variance;

• To assist ELS projects or activities by providing related financial analysis and validate the result

• To prepare the internal management report, such as contribution margin report, inventory and inventory aging report, inventory and inventory againg projection

• To implement and reinforce the internal controls and procedures on inventory management, to drive the compliance with the Corporate financial policies/Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

• To assist in implementation of internal and external audit

• To assist in ad hoc financial projects and other management analysis reports

• Be responsible for payrolls report and accrual, T&E expense review and reporting for Shanghai entity.

• To ensure in participating company-organized training on ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedures & working instruction.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:  

• College or Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting or Management

• At least 2 years’ experience with JV/FIE, with more than 1 year of supervisory experience in Inventory/Costing function of manufactory enterprises prefer;

• Good at English speaking and writing; above CET-4

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system e.g. Oracle;

• Strong analytical skills & manufacturing cost control concept;

• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude; strong inter-personal skills;

• Experience in financial analysis and accounting, taxation, regulation of China; standard accounting practices for US Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) are preferred;

• With ability to work to tight timetables and under pressure in changing environment, hard working and be a good team player
