Locatie Hengelo (Location: Hengelo, Netherlands) In deze functie ben je de specialist op het gebied van milieu, gezondheid, veiligheid en beveiliging van de site. Je werkt nauw samen met de EHS Technician en samen rapporteren jullie aan de OPEX Manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van EHS-activiteiten op de locatie om continu te voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en de Eaton EHS-doelstellingen te realiseren. Samen met je EHS-collega’s ondersteun je de organisatie in het creëren van een sterke EHS-cultuur. Essentiële werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden Houdt toezicht en leidt de site bij het behalen van de EHS-doelen. Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de ontwikkeling, het onderhoud en het behalen van deze doelen en ondersteunt bij de implementatie van strategische EHS-initiatieven (Eaton Corporate & EMEA). Vergemakkelijkt risicobeoordeling op de locatie om kritieke EHS-gevaren en -aspecten te identificeren. Werkt samen met OPEX Manager en het management om doelen en doelstellingen te creëren op basis van belangrijke EHS-risico's. Ondersteunt bij het opstellen van EHS-doelen voor de plant manager en vertaalt dit door naar activiteiten voor functionele managers om de EHS-cultuur, naleving en resultaten te stimuleren. Ondersteunt bij de toewijzing en training van MESH-element Champions en faciliteert hun betrokkenheid bij de jaarlijkse MESH-verbeteringen en (zelf) audit. Stimuleert en promoot een EHS-cultuur zonder incidenten op de hele site. Creëert en faciliteert EHS-engagement via EHS-teams en commissies die nodig zijn om de vastgestelde doelen en doelstellingen voor het jaar te bereiken. Maakt gebruik van gevestigde EHS-gegevensprocessen zoals MESH PRISM om gegevens zoals verwondingen en ziekten, milieustatistieken, risicobeoordelingen, EHS-actiepunten en andere relevante informatie te beheren. Maakt trainingsmatrices om ervoor te zorgen dat alle trainingen worden gedefinieerd en gevolgd tot ze zijn voltooid. Werk samen met het managementteam en de faciliteiten van de locatie om ervoor te zorgen dat alle belangrijke operationele controles op het gebied van EHS aanwezig zijn, volgens een PM-programma, en dat EHS-actiepunten tijdig worden opgelost. Qualifications Benodigde opleiding, kennis & vaardigheden HBO Integrale Veiligheidskunde (IVK) of Hogere Veiligheidskundige (HVK). Kennis van de EHS-vereisten van de industrie en wetgeving. Sterke organisatorische & analytische vaardigheden. Bedreven in het gebruik van Microsoft Office applicaties en bij voorkeur ervaring met EHS (incident) managementsystemen. Vermogen om bestuurlijke moed te tonen/ strategisch te denken en te handelen, maar ook om het EHS-gesprek aan te gaan met medewerkers & leidinggevenden Professionele beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
