Job Description

- Understand Customer requirement & manage change in accordance to QCD in respect with the procedure using the P1 lotus notes data base
- Integrate lessons learned
- Initiate project (define project scope, define project schedule, secure project ressources, set project development cost budget) propose a project team to the PMC
- Monitor project development and investment costs
- Monitor and reduce project risks (ARGP) and better integrate P2 projects
- Monitor and drive schedule using Microsoft project plannings implementation on 100% projects in order to reach P1 efficiency budget indicator
- Organize the weekly meetings, organize development process activities & define priorities to the team
- Perform Target Costing & track project profitability, follow-up P1 productivity plans with MIP implemented on 100% projects in order to reach P1 budget efficiency indicator (Before apply MIP, implement exsiting tools)
- Prepare & present Contract Approval Authorization to be signed
- Organize monthly customer visits, check customer expectations and action plans progress to meet customer satisfaction.
- Submit IAR by the end of phase 1, obtain signature by the end of phase 2 and launch the serial toolings
- Manage and secure project resources together with the Project Director in PMC
-Follow-up initial samples process to be delivered through FDPR to customers right first time after successful trial runs
- Project audit participation
-Contribute to PAQ by leading actions on process qualification or Supplier IS delivery when situation is critical
- Obtain Aftermarket acceptance
- Responsible for organizing the process, equipment, tooling departments analysing the process safety, environmental analysis of new investment projects
Requirements：
- University graduates in mechanical engineering, automotive technology.
- At least 1 years Working experience at Automotive industry . 1 years in Projects/Programs management as PM or PTM would be better
- Project Management knowledge and skill,basic quality tools,Micsoft project
- Good German and English communication skill
