-    推动自动驾驶功能落地，让终端消费者用上安全的自动驾驶功能

-    开发基于自动驾驶软件中间件的仿真系统底层接口

-    开发并维护自动驾驶仿真环境及模型，包括数据回放、场景建模，车辆动力学模型，交通流仿真，传感器物理模型等

-    开发大规模场景生成并泛化的自动化链路

-    开发仿真系统的人机交互软件

-    本科及以上，软件工程、计算机等相关专业

-    1年以上自动驾驶仿真开发的经验

-    熟练掌握C++、Python、Web前端中一种及以上编程语言

-    熟悉自动驾驶软件架构及ROS运行机制并熟练掌握Linux的操作

-    熟悉常见的自动驾驶商业仿真软件，如IPG CarMaker，VTD等

-    良好的沟通技巧
