We are looking for our next Front Office superstar, to join our team. We are currently recruiting for Reception Supervisor.

A day in the life of a Reception Supervisor consists of:

• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
• Attending to guest requests efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
• Participating and conducting in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and the issuing of room keys.
• Maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
• Supervising front office reception team.

To be successful in this role, you will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work overnight shifts, including on weekends and public holidays as per our business demands. You have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
