We bring innovative Software technologies to the most complex microprocessor and SoC products on the planet.

In this position you will assume a leadership role managing a highly professional team of SW engineers, which is part of a global program developing advanced solutions for hardware specifications and design automation. These solutions will address the growing complexity of Intel's products by automating the construction of upcoming SoCs (System on a Chip).
As a software team leader, you will interact with the solution architects and customers to understand the domain needs and translate them into SW requirements and design, as well as follow state of the art software design and development practices, drive continuous process improvement, and manage the day to day tasks of the team.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSC degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Information Systems
• Strong SW professional with at least 10 years of experience working on complex SW projects
• Team player with excellent communication skills, customer orientation and a can-do attitude
• People person with a passion for employees' development and growth
• Experience in Python
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new skills
• Familiarity with Linux and RTL design process is an advantage
