Develops preSilicon functional validation tests to verify system will meet design requirements. Creates test plans for RTL validation, defining and running system simulation models, and finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests. Analyzes and uses results to modify testing.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering
- 4+ years working experience in pre silicon verification
- Hands-on Working knowledge in UVM/OVM utilizing Specman/SystemVerilog
- Experience in verification environments vertical reuse (block-level to sub-system / full-chip)

Nice to have:
- Scripting capabilities (TCL, Perl, Python etc.) and relevant EDA tools flows
- Experience with network protocols including Ethernet and TCP/IP
