Join us in the Performance Marketing Team that drives new customer acquisition to the business as the Online Marketing Manager who is the expert in paid search / metasearch marketing and is responsible for the development, deployment and optimisation of campaigns within Northern Europe markets.
Here is a summary of some of the great things you will be doing:
- Delivery of paid search programmes that ensure efficient revenue at scale
- Liaise with agencies to set up and optimise campaigns based on flows, demand and destination needs.
- Monitor, track and report on paid search and metasearch performance at trading meetings, plus on an ad-hoc basis and come up with relevant action plan when needed.
- Manage and optimise attributed marketing and hotels budgets ensuring spend is delivering positive ROI and fees are collected (where applicable)
- Implement specific actions plans and deliver premium services to hotels in collaboration with NE ecommerce and marketing teams
- Collaborate and liaise with central teams/agencies to optimise marketing campaigns for all channels under your responsibility. Suggest optimization via A/B testing and participate to pilot test to Central team/agencies
- Keep up to date on developments and trends in online advertising and audit search marketing functionality against best practice and helping define a clear roadmap for optimisation and long term growth.
- Continous work towards improving Accor Ads visibility on major Search sites while maximising revenue at the best ROI
- Cooperation with a team of e-commerce specialists and stakeholders across Northern Europe
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Online Marketing
- First experience in Paid Search and/or Metasearch would be an advantage
- Advanced English, any other European language is a plus
- Excellent commercial acumen, with a data driven, results-orientated approach
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to produce reports and interpret data to make strategic decisions
- First experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Excel, Tableau is a plus
- Previous experience of managing large budgets whilst maintain the business’ cost of sale target
- Strong influencing/consensus building, interpersonal and communication skills
