Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Talent & Culture , you will coordinate recruitment and support the development of our people, culture and all generalist Talent & Culture activities. As part of the Melbourne team, no two days will be the same - you will have plenty of opportunity to make your mark whilst continuing to learn and grow in your career. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with recruitment & induction to ensure we meet staffing needs including producing employment contracts & new starter paperwork
  • Conduct inductions and produce employment contracts, new starter paperwork, terminations, management of uniforms
  • General Administration tasks such as accurately managing personnel documentation & employee files as well as payroll preparation
  • Manage Airport Identification Card Process including ASIC and Melbourne Airport Card
  • Report on T&C information and assist with key projects

 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have proven administrative, organisational and time management skills
  • Possess the adaptability to build strong working relationships
  • Qualification in Human Resources or related field. Would be desirable but not essential
  • A hospitality background and previous experience delivering the HR function within a hotel environment desirable however not essential.
