岗位要求Job Description
1、外籍教师岗位要求：
- 学士学位，硕士以上学历优先；
A bachelor degree and above, a master degree preferred;
- 取得职业资格证书或者具有同等学历、培训经历，具备足够的计算机技能；
Possession of a teaching qualification or equivalent training experience, with sufficient skills in computers;
- 两年以上教学经验，有中国教育经验者优先；
With more than 2 years of teaching, with experience in Chinese education system preferred;
-致力于以学生为中心的方法或项目式学习（PBL），鼓励学生创造性和批判性地思考；
Student-centric or PBL, to encourage students to think critically and creatively
- 愿意融入学校，愿意去了解并尊重中国文化以及传统习俗，具有团队合作精神。
Willingness to blend into VBS, to understand and respect Chinese traditions and cultures, and teamwork.
