This exciting role offers opportunity to: Develop, implement, and monitor yearly profit plan. Oversee the Profit Plan and Strategic Plan process. Prepare financial analysis for business strategies and submit recommendations to management. Provide timely and effective financial reporting to plant / division managers to allow good decision making and proper control of operating expenses. Responsible to examine costs, prepare quotation financial modeling under coordinating of commercial team, investigate variances, and engage plant staff to create solutions to meet financial expectations. Focus on continuous improvement and not accepting status quo. Must challenge current cost position in order to create a highly efficient and world class organization. Must focus on business process improvement within finance organization to eliminate waste and reduce costs. Establish, maintain, and enhance the manufacturing cost system. Report various financial data to the investors, Monitor and approve spending. Analyze new business opportunities and strategies and recommend direction. Prepare various financial analyses for Plant Manager and staff. Mentor plant staff on financial implications and reporting requirements. Also foster an environment of fiscal discipline throughout the organization. Responsible for SOX implementation and execution. Responsible to manage relationships with relevant bureaus and government agencies. Responsible to follow the Eaton Code of Ethics Qualifications Finance knowledge including bank, accounting, US GAAP, SOX audit, costing, and tax ERP and IT knowledge SAFE, business law, import and export etc. BS in finance, 5 years working experiences as a controller in MNC Team Player with strong leadership.
