Job Description

We, in the IOTG (Internet of Things) OpenVINO Developer Tools team, are at the forefront of AI innovation at Intel. Our products power AI across a huge range of use cases- from space satellites to deep under sea marine vessels. In this role, you will work with a passionate, product-focused team to ideate, rapidly prototype, and ship next-generation Deep Learning products as a part of Intel's AI programs.

In this position, you will be hands on and involved in the integration of popular AI frameworks inside OpenVINO as well as ideating and developing cutting edge computer vision and deep learning use cases and reference implementations.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following:

  • Self-motivated individual willing to take and follow directions and deliver to schedule.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving, conflict resolution skills

  • Effective prioritization and time management skills


Length of internship: minimum of 3 months with the possibility to extend it as per business' needs

This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship. Intel sponsors individuals for employment-based visas for positions where we experience a shortage of US Workers. These skills shortage roles are typically STEM contributing positions requiring a Master's or PhD degree, or a Bachelor's degree with three years' related job experience. This position does not qualify for Intel Sponsorship because it is either (1) a non-STEM contributing position, or (2) a STEM position that only requires a Bachelor's degree and less than three years' experience.


Qualifications

Candidate must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate's must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

3+ months of experience in the following areas:

  • Experience involving field facing engagement

  • Experience in Go To Market program creation and collaborating with product teams, field teams, and engaging with customers


Preferred Qualifications

3+ months of experience in the following areas:

  • Strategic Planning / Segmentation

  • Working with external agencies in developing marketing content

  • Experience in a corporate environment

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00 (Hourly Role)
