Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to new and existing processes by designing and leading small to medium size complex experiments, often with multiple variables, gathering data and performing preliminary analysis, reporting findings, and preparing and communicating recommendations and respective action plans。对新投入的产线或改造已有的产线提供设计及现场技术支持，通过对生产线的观察研究，收集第一手的实验数据，并通过专业深入的分析及判断，提出合理的改善及建议项，沟通并落实实施完善。
• manufacturing direction reviews, and on-site troubleshooting生产调研，现场问题分析。
• Independently performs analysis and feasibility studies related to project alternatives and reviews proposed manufacturing scenarios to determine manufacturability, cost, and schedule issues能够独立工作并实现与项目备选方案相关的可行性分析和研究，并审查供应商提供的的技术方案，以确定工艺的可实施性、制定成本和进度依据并解决可能出现的相关挑战。
• Provide technical expertise through problem solving/troubleshooting and support to domestic and contract manufacturing operations通过提供专业知识及技术以及合理选择国内外供应商来解决生产中可能出现的问题及对应故障排除。
• Assess contract manufacturing facilities for their ability to manufacture products and provide recommendations for process upgrades if required评估供应商合同中的生产工厂的技术生产制造能力，并在需要时提供相应需要的工艺升级建议
• Anticipates future directions and challenges在技术设计应时充分考虑未来的技术发展方向和理念
• Benchmarks internally and externally, recognizes changes in the current environment and identifies indicators of future problems and opportunities and then prepares for such eventualities 进行内部和外部的沟通学习，识别当前环境的变化并确定未来问题和机遇的信息，然后为将来的可能改变做好准备
• Identify, review, and assess process technology that could reduce cost, improve efficiency, improve product quality, or gain/protect intellectual property识别、审核和评估可以降低成本、提高效率、提高产品质量或获得/保护知识产权的工艺技术
• Understand manufacturing challenges associated with the plant, de bottleneck processes to provide OEE improvements了解与工厂生产相关的技术挑战，消除工艺流程瓶颈以提供 OEE 改进
• Provide effective communication through verbal and written reports, timely updates, and knowledge sharing通过口头沟通和书面报告、及时有效的沟通更新和知识分享

• Interfaces frequently within the organization and some external technical experts to establish networks在组织内部和外部，应与技术专家建立经常性的技术沟通交流
• Follows through on project goals and serves as a functional expert with expertise in spray drying and other manufacturing processes贯彻执行项目目标，并作为该方面专家，拥有喷雾干燥和其他制造工艺方面的专业知识
• Lead the design and completion of testing to evaluate new technologies, processing equipment changes, cost reduction initiatives, or manufacturing capacity strategies领导设计和完成新技术尝试，以评估技术、加工设备的变化、降低成本的举措或提高生产能力的战略性措施
• Partner with Manufacturing leadership to ensure coordinated efforts deliver process systems that meet manufacturing product mix requirements, quality objectives, and enable standardization of processes where applicable与生产及其领导层合作，确保协同努力提供满足生产产品组合要求、质量目标的流程系统，并在合理的情况下实现流程标准化

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Dairy Engineering or Food Engineering or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering化学工程、乳制品工程、食品工程、机械或电气工程的学士或硕士学位
• Min 3 years of experience with nutritional and food manufacturing processes with emphasis in spray drying, evaporation, and dry blending至少 3 年的营养和食品生产工艺经验，重点是喷雾干燥、蒸发和干混
• Experience with including agitation, liquid heat treatment and homogenization preferred有搅拌、液体热处理和均质化经验者优先
