7、 Drive team members and supporting people to carry out department/company goal
 

1.       Bachelor’s degree or above

2.       3-4 years in Semi-Conductor  Assy & Test manufacturing experience, familiar with Cosmetic/AOI/Packing/automation process is preferred.

3.       Team leading and managing skills & experience, automation project background is preferred

4.       Good at English communication (both written and Verbal)

5.       Excellent office skills, especially excel and PPT

6.       Dynamic, motivated and result oriented creative thinker

7.       The person with customer audit and line tour experience is preferred

8.       Lean Master or Sigma GB/YB is preferred
