In this role, you will support the Project Manager by managing the contractual technical scope of the Project. You will make sure the technical scope is delivered per the originally agreed quality, cost, and schedule, and manage the technical scope with our clients and partners and help in negotiations. You will: Functionally lead the Project Engineering team Manage the technical contractual scope of the project, making sure any change of scope needs limited product development Be accountable for the Client acceptance of the project solution Review technical design choices with project functional leads and act as a chairman of Project Change Control Board (CCB). Be responsible for the project design and application engineering activities, approve the Project System Requirements Specification (SRS) and review Project Safety Case (scope, strategy and exported constraints) Make sure of compliance with applicable technical standards and regulations. Supply all technical documents to the project functional leads for the design, sourcing, installation and test and commissioning. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds. You have a university degree in engineering or technology majors such as Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Railway, Mechatronics or related disciplines. You bring 5+ years of hands-on project engineering management experience in railway signalling including engineering, development, planning, project execution or offers. You have a strong understanding of engineering process management guides, IEC15288, IEC 12207, CENELEC EN 50128, EN50129 etc. You have an understanding of rail Operation Control Systems.
