AI and Deep Learning are driving a transformation in IoT vertical markets globally. Defect detection on industrial assembly lines, medical diagnosis in hospital equipment, and retail shelf stock detection all rely on doing inferencing and computer vision at the Edge. Intel's OpenVINO Dev Tools team is expanding our OpenVINO product line and is looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer to build out technical marketing activities. We are part of the Internet of Things Group, which is a fast growing multi-billion-dollar business unit today. The industry is accelerating rapidly, and we are looking for the right team members to help drive our next wave of growth as an organization.

The Role

The Technical Marketing Engineer TME, is a technologist who works as a part of the Customer, GTM & Strategy. The TME will work with a cross-functional team to ensure that the products that we bring to market are successful in a wide variety of customer engagements, be a technical expert, and have the ability to clearly articulate the technical differentiators of Intel's AI solutions.
You will work with our sales teams, and partners, product and engineering teams and develop technical competitive collateral, and be able to highlight Intel's technical capabilities. You must be a self-starter, with a willingness to execute independently, and help cross-functional teams. Have a passion for software, in particular the opportunity of AI Computer Vision software.
Responsibilities include:
� Market and competitor research, including trying and reporting on competitor technology and experiences.

� Clear understanding of AI, Artificial Intelligence, in particular computer vision.
� Regional knowledge of AI software adoption and competition
� Create competitive collateral, troubleshooting guides, evaluation guides, application notes, technical white papers, presentations, videos and demonstrations for our AI solutions and products.
� Build and maintain a demonstration environment for our AI solutions and products.
� Support sales and marketing efforts as required.

� Some travel required to support field and marketing activity.
� Support product launch activities and assist with Tradeshows, Conferences and Technical Sales Training or Channel Partner Training activities.
� Respond to customer, user or field inquiries, assist with Technical RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PMs, SEs, Engineers as required.


Qualifications

Qualifications

� Extensive experience in Technical Marketing a must 5 years and above
� Must have prior experience delivering technical product training, producing technical collateral and customer presentations in a similar role.
� Self-starter with significant AI industry tool and platform knowledge
� Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including executive level and technical decision-makers
� Proven track record of working with multi-cultural teams and strong inclusive collaboration skills
� Willingness to periodically travel to industry events
