Manage the IT department's budget: ensure control of budgets relating to information system developments.
Plan the department's activities and ensure that schedules are respected.
Ensure the hierarchical supervision of all IT teams.
Ensure the management of subcontracting: call for tenders, choice of service providers, management of contracts, technical follow-up.
 

Installation, maintenance and security of the operating and information system
Define the maintenance policy for the computer equipment.
Supervise the purchase of computer equipment and software.
Supervise the infrastructure of the information networks and guarantee their operation and security.
Define norms and standards for databases, tools, systems or networks.
Plan maintenance plans.
Define quality and security procedures for information systems.
 

Steering of business projects
Identify user needs, ensure follow-up and propose arbitrations.
Define and manage human and financial resources.
To carry out the dashboards of follow-up of the exploitation
Guarantee the respect of the specifications.
 

Support and assistance to users and transverse functions
Provide technical support and assistance to users.
Define all internal communication means necessary for the implementation of new IS projects.
