Position Summary:

 

We are looking for a versatile communications professional to join our team. In this role, you will work with the Success Communications team to support communications initiatives and advance the User Success mission.

 

As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting content curation for external facing newsletters, contribute to editing and authoring external facing communications to our existing users, and assisting with internal communication efforts.

 

You will benefit from the guidance and mentoring of a larger communications team to share best practices and insights. In this role, you will also help the communications team to create a sense of community and pride in being a part of a team focused on driving success for all Bentley users.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

 

  • Writing, editing, and curation of content and feature articles as needed for Bentley’s Digital Currency Newsletter and Success Story program.
  • Research externally authored content and develop summaries for relevant content for linking to Bentley’s Digital Currency Newsletter and other Success Comms outlets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver clear and timely user-centric communications announcing product updates and commercial program changes to existing users.
  • Work-cross functionally to help identify and curate content in partnership with our product teams.
  • Partner with in-house resources to develop reusable sales collateral presentations (ppt) and marketing/communications materials for our account teams and User Success teams.
  • Contribute to overall User Success communication project strategy, design, development, and successful implementation.
  • Project management of communications content and processes.
  • Develop and execute internal communications as needed (e.g., email, Yammer, SharePoint, newsletters, video).

 

What You Bring to The Team:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications Journalism, English, or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with developing case studies and working with technical content.
  • Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: flexibility, creativity, and the ability to adjust work style to match changing and/or conflicting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaborator, but also comfortable running programs independently.
  • Highly organized program management skills with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done.
  • Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards.
  • Experience developing presentations and proficient with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
