Responsible for customer solution Design In and time to market readiness, providing technical support for solutions that incorporate one or many Intel products and technologies, transform opportunities to Design Wins and Production Wins, enable ecosystem and industry partners around Intel technology for platform solution readiness. Solution Definition Define and propose Intel platform solutions based on customer needs, participate in customer product architecture designs, and provide feedback to customer product specifications. Develop, Test and Deploy - Responsible for developing platform solution reference designs including hardware and software for scaling to broad customers. As Intel platform domain experts review customer designs, debug and resolve customer technical issues on platform hardware, BIOS/firmware, systems software, drivers, application software, and system performance optimization for products on time launch and ramping volume, conduct platform BOM analysis/optimization and provide key component selection advice, work with the CQE team to resolve design related issues during the Production. Define and develop Proof of Concept - of advanced platform solutions or reference designs with latest Intel technologies for new business opportunities. Ecosystem technical enablement - Responsible for enabling ecosystem and industry partners to build solutions around Intel new platforms and technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree and/or a Master 's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or similar degree. - 5 years+ of Customer Support or development of software - Innovative problem-solving skills and debugging skills to assist in root cause analysis of customer issues - Strong verbal and written communication skills - C/C++, IA, Linux programming languages - GDB, software-based debuggers - Proven experience to work autonomously onsite at customer locations, if required
