About The Role:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a working knowledge of software testing in various phases of software development cycle, as well as hands-on experience with a multitude of software applications in a corporate network environment including servers, databases, and mail systems. Leadership experience including supervisory experience or project management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate testing projects based on limited information & client budgets
- Propose design test & scenarios of test plan
- Overseeing functional & linguistic software testing/QA in the onsite testing facility
- Manage operational and technical aspects of projects
- Review identified defects within the software at different levels; from the back-end of the software to UI
- Review test progresses, blocking issues, and defects
- Measure and forecast progress of project, track tester time, schedule freelance testers
- Provide status reports regularly to Test Line Manager/Testing Manager
- Participating client initiated meetings to give project updates and coordinate tasks among developers, test leads, SI and other team testers
- Assisting with IT support functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in software development/testing environment
- Demonstrable system test execution, defect investigation and test reporting skills
- Demonstrable experience in working limited info to design test scope, parameters
- Knowledge of computer networks and Microsoft domain components
- Minimum one year experience with various versions of Windows servers
- Knowledge of MS Exchange server configuration
- Experience using database systems
- Leadership skills
- Highly detailed and organized
- Ability to work under pressure by setting priorities on multiple tasks
- Ability to work on a team and communicate effectively with other team members
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Motivated and ability to learn fast

- Prior client engagement experience
